Responsibilities include assessing respiratory status, providing comfort-focused treatments, educating patients and families on respiratory equipment and oxygen therapy, documenting care, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary hospice team to support quality end-of-life care.QualificationsCurrent state Respiratory Therapist license (CRT or RRT)Minimum 1 year of RT experience preferredHospice, home health, or palliative care experience preferredValid driver's license and reliable transportationStrong communication and compassionate patient care skillsSchedulePer diem / as-needed flexibility, including possible evenings and weekends.
