Role Description We are seeking a dedicated BSN-RN to join a healthcare team in North Bergen, NJ. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will provide high-quality patient care, coordinate treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, administering medications, monitoring progress, and educating patients and their families about care and treatment plans. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.Experience in patient care coordination, treatment planning, and health assessments.Proficiency in medical documentation, charting, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.Ability to handle high-paced environments and prioritize tasks effectively.Specialized certifications, such as BLS, ACLS, or other relevant credentials, are preferred.Experience in a clinical, hospital, or long-term care setting is a plus.
