This is a fully remote sales role for someone who can quickly build credibility, lead consultative conversations, and consistently move opportunities through the pipeline.In this role, you will work with construction and design professionals, helping them evaluate tools that improve client management, project coordination, communication, and business growth. This opportunity is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on relationship-building, solution selling, and helping customers improve how they run their business.Your RoleAs an Account Executive, you will manage a remote sales pipeline across multiple states and territories, guiding prospects from initial discovery through close. You'll play a key role in driving revenue while delivering a professional, consultative buying experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a remote sales pipeline across assigned marketsConduct consultative sales conversations with construction and design professionalsIdentify customer challenges and position the platform as a valuable solutionDrive opportunities through the full sales cycle from discovery to closeMaintain accurate CRM updates, pipeline activity, and forecastingAdapt to feedback, evolving priorities, and growth-stage sales goalsRepresent the company with professionalism, energy, and strong business judgmentProspect and generate new business through outbound outreachQualificationsExperience in sales, ideally in SaaS, software, services, or consultative sellingExperience selling to SMBs, construction, or design industries is a plusStrong communication, discovery, and closing skillsComfortable selling remotely across multiple states or territoriesHighly organized, self-directed, and consistent with follow-upCoachable, adaptable, and comfortable in a performance-driven environmentProven success in a high-performance sales roleComfortable with prospecting and outbound cold callingCompensation & BenefitsFull-time, W-2 employmentBase Salary: $60,000 annuallyOn-Target Earnings (OTE): $142,440 based on performanceWhy This OpportunityThis role offers the opportunity to sell a solution designed for a clear and practical business need within the construction and design industry.
