Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Director of Programmatic, based in New York, NY. The Associate Director will oversee the delivery and execution of programmatic campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing programmatic strategies, managing a team of programmatic specialists, analyzing campaign performance, identifying insights, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance campaign success and deliver business value. Qualifications Expertise in Programmatic Advertising, Campaign Management, and Digital Media strategiesStrong Analytical and Data Interpretation skills for optimizing campaign performance and providing actionable insightsProficiency in Ad Tech platforms such as DSPs, DMPs, and Ad Verification toolsLeadership and Team Management experience in mentoring, supporting, and developing teamsCollaboration and Communication skills for working cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and clientsStrong understanding of the advertising ecosystem and emerging industry trendsExperience in managing budgets and delivering performance-driven campaignsBA/BS degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field; advanced certifications in programmatic advertising are a plus
