You’ll be part of a mission-driven team delivering world-class geospatial intelligence solutions.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve complex system and operational incidentsPerform root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsCoordinate with mission partners and external entities for system integrationSupport Tier 2 engineers with advanced issuesCollect and analyze operational data to prevent recurring issuesWork closely with technical leads to improve operational stabilitySupport deployments and baseline enhancementsParticipate in off-hours support for high-priority incidentsBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree + 6–8 years of experience, or Master’s + 2–4 yearsCurrent Security+ CE certification (must have before start)Experience with Oracle IdAM suite, Apache webgates, and CA API GatewayStrong Linux scripting (Shell/Bash)Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skillsU.S. Citizenship with an active TS/SCI + CI Poly clearancePreferred QualificationsOracle IdAM products (OAM, OIF, OIM, etc.)WebLogic, Linux/UNIX, LDAPs, PKI authenticationIf you find it interested please send me your updated at anubhav@redbeardsol.com
