Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Hybrid Outpatient
Part-Time PMHNP – Flexible Schedule, Gradual Caseload Growth, Outpatient Practice
About MWRS
Mental Wellness and Relationship Services (MWRS)
Mental Wellness and Relationship Services (MWRS) is an established, family-run group practice with multiple locations across North Idaho, serving clients throughout Idaho and Washington via telehealth. We provide a structured, flexible environment designed to support sustainable clinical work and long-term professional stability.
MWRS is a multidisciplinary practice including therapists and psychiatric providers, with a focus on outpatient care for individuals, couples, and families. Our model is designed to support clinicians in doing consistent, meaningful work without high productivity pressure or overextended schedules. Administrative support is structured so that non-clinical communication is filtered through the admin team, allowing providers to stay focused on clinical work. Refill management and clinical decision-making remain within the provider role, with administrative support for coordination and communication.
