CNC Machinist II Founded by true machinists, genuine, masters of the trade. We are looking to add one true machinist to our ranks. A real machinist who understands how to make parts, is capable of problem solving and troubleshooting, a professional who works in tight tolerances, thinks on his or her feet, has experience working on a variety of different machines and who works well independently. The person with the right stuff will have a love for the trade. We don't need a production shop button pusher - we need someone who has already done their time at a job shop who can walk in the door and hit the ground running. We need a day-one contributor who pulls his - or her - own weight. Experts are specialists at one thing with a solid understanding of all things, we recognize that and the philosophy is that you don't have to be an expert at programming, 3 & 5 axis milling and turning with live tools, but you'd better be great at one of them!
