In this position, you will coordinate incoming service requests, scheduling, ownership, status updates, and customer follow-through while working with the records, systems, and teams used by Smartly Technologies.What You'll Work OnReceive and document service requests from users and technology clients and confirm the information needed to move each request forward.Schedule or route work to the appropriate owner and track status through completion.Maintain current notes, dates, commitments, and next steps across service and customer records.Communicate progress, changes, and expected timelines to users and technology clients using approved channels.Coordinate exceptions with users, clients, engineers, and service teams and escalate issues that require additional approval or expertise.Review open requests regularly and follow up on overdue actions, missing information, or unresolved customer needs for Smartly Technologies.Skills & ExperienceCustomer-service, scheduling, dispatch, operations, or service-coordination experience is preferred.Strong written communication and ability to keep several open requests organized.Comfort working with calendars, ticketing or CRM systems, shared records, and status trackers.Strong written communication and the ability to document work clearly in a remote environment.Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling business information in Smartly Technologies's remote-work environment.Ability to complete a pre-employment background check.Position DetailsEmployment type: Full TimeWork arrangement: 100% Remote — United StatesExperience level: AssociateBase salary: $54,500 - $62,500 per yearApplyTo be considered, submit your resume and complete the online application with current contact and employment information.
