Our expertise spans decades of industry knowledge, enabling strong, reliable partnerships.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Eden Prairie, MN, for an Inside Sales Distribution and OEM position. The role involves managing customer accounts, generating leads, and resolving customer inquiries. The position requires close collaboration with field sales representatives, maintaining communication with distributors, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role includes identifying opportunities to drive growth and maintain high service standards.QualificationsExperience in Inside Sales, including account management and meeting sales goalsSkills in Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunitiesExceptional Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with a focus on resolving inquiries effectivelyExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and clientsProficiency in CRM tools and ability to learn new software systems quicklyStrong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectivelyPrevious experience in a distribution or OEM sales environment is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not necessary depending on experience.
