With over 1,400 team members, we care for more than 100,000 people across all 50 states.Job DetailsThe Operations Technology Coordinator will coordinate the definition and implementation of new and on-going technology efforts to drive growth, service, quality, and cost improvements across the operations team. This role will be responsible for defining, measuring, and analyzing aspects of various projects. The individual will work closely with the operations leadership team and information technology to create plans for maintaining progress and implementing controls. The ability to create project deployments by pulling together data from a myriad of sources and pareto these priorities will be critical to success. The development and implementation of new IT tools, capital projects and behavioral/procedural improvements will all be part of the portfolio of projects in process at any one given time.ResponsibilitiesMaintain Ops-IT Project priority and communicate weekly on Ops-IT project progressRun reports as needed to maintain and monitor progress on KPI'sRun and maintain operations technician and R.Ph performance reportingDevelop requirements/submissions for IT projects within our project approval and prioritization platformCollaborate with COE leaders to identify improvement opportunities in the tools, process and training of the teams and prioritize these projects for executionCollaborate with Information Technology team to build out, test, train and deploy new process solutionsDevelop the deployment data needed for teams to understand the issues being solved for, write project chartersPull teams together for brainstorming and solution prioritization, down select solutions based on a repeatable and objective approachMaintain a project portfolio that with continued readiness to report out on status to all levels of the organization, demonstrate return on investment for the project portfolio as well as convincing sustainment of gainsManage team of user acceptance technicians/RPhEmbody AnewHealth's Core Values in all communications and interactions.Other duties as assigned.The above essential functions are representative of major duties of positions in this job classification.
