This hybrid role plays a key part in maintaining efficient production flow, supporting equipment reliability, and ensuring food safety and operational excellence.The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well with cross-functional teams, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to support daily operations.RESPONSIBILITIES Production Support Assist production and packaging teams as neededSupport daily batch production operationsOperate production equipment safely and efficientlyMaintain cleanliness and organization throughout work areasFollow GMPs, food safety procedures, and company SOPsHelp monitor production flow and minimize downtimeAssist with material movement, staging, and equipment setupCommunicate production concerns or operational issues promptlyMaintenance Support Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on production equipmentConduct routine preventive maintenance tasksAssist with inspections of machinery and facility equipmentMaintain maintenance logs and repair recordsIdentify potential mechanical or safety concerns proactivelySupport emergency repairs to minimize production downtimeAssist with facility upkeep and continuous operational improvementsPartner closely with Operations and Sanitation teamsQUALIFICATIONS Previous manufacturing, production, or maintenance experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitude requiredAbility to safely use hand and power toolsStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to work independently and collaborativelyComfortable working in cold, wet, and fast-paced environmentsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsForklift experience is a plusFood manufacturing experience preferred but not requiredSKILLS & ATTRIBUTES Strong attention to detailPositive attitude and willingness to learnEffective communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving mindsetDependable attendance and punctualityPowered by JazzHR
