Job duties will include but are not limited to the following:\nContact vendors to obtain vendor data sheets as needed\nResearch vendor data sheets to obtain necessary info to complete tasks\nFollow internal guidelines and processes to create symbols, cells and 3D models\nWork with design engineering to customize and update symbols, cells and 3D models as requested\nEnsure that all requirements for manufacturing are met\nAbility to complete tasks in timely manner with minimal supervision\n\nQualifications:Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nMinimum of 1 year of 3D CAD experience\nWillingness to learn PCB design and Design Engineering\nEngineering (Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent) student wishing to work while attending school\nPractical knowledge of industry standards such as IPC for design and ASME/ANSI for documentation\nExperience with ECAD software applications and related equipment. Specific experience with Siemens EDA (formerly Mentor Graphics) Xpedition® software is desired\nPCB design experience (layout, schematic)\nPCB/CCA manufacturing experience\nExperience with NX or similar 3D CAD modeling software\nExperience with Teamcenter or equivalent PLM software\nIT troubleshooting experience to help with managing the backend of software tools used in designing PCBs\n\n #LI-CS3L3Harris Technologies is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
