IT Technical Business AnalystLocation:200 I Street SE Washington DC - 3 DAYS A WEEK ON SITEDuration: 12+ MonthsThe IT Technical Business Analyst (BA) will support District-wide Infrastructure projects supporting the Client's critical systems. 10 (ten) years of experience required.Required/Desired SkillsExperience as an IT Business AnalystSolid understanding of software quality assurance and processesIntermediate understanding of relational data models.Experience conducting Business Impact AnalysisHighly Skilled with MS Office tools (Visio, PowerPoint, Word & Excel)Experience developing use cases and user stories.Experience in business process mapping or operational redesign / improvementExperience as a technical writer in a software/application development environmentExperience creating process flows and system architecture diagrams using VisioExperience conducting integrated team sessionsExperience working with technical staff such as software developers and DBAsProfessional in Business Analysis (PBA) certification or equivalentExcellent documentation, oral and verbal communication skillsKnowledgeable of server virtualization and migrations
