Senior Information Technology Support Engineer

Company OverviewOur client is a family office providing investment, operational, and shared services support across a diverse portfolio of affiliated organizations. We are seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to provide end-user and infrastructure support across desktops, mobile devices, applications, and enterprise systems. This role focuses on troubleshooting, system administration, and delivering high-quality technical support in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite and remote technical support; diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issuesManage and track support tickets; document solutions and processesSupport and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheralsAdminister core systems (e.g., Windows Server, Active Directory, cloud/SaaS platforms)Perform system updates, patching, and equipment lifecycle managementMaintain IT documentation and asset inventorySupport IT projects, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement initiativesQualifications8+ years of IT support experienceStrong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networksExperience with Windows/Mac environments, Microsoft 365, and basic server administrationIdeally experienced with on-prem environments Familiarity with enterprise tools (e.g., remote access, security, patching systems)Excellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently or collaborativelyBachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferredAdditional DetailsExperience in small to mid-sized environments preferredHybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office presence requiredCompetitive salary and benefits package offered - up to 150k base + bonus and benefits
