Manage chronic conditions, perform routine check-ups, and conduct minor procedures such as toenail removals, lesion removals, Pap smears, and joint injections. Ensure all care delivered is compassionate, patient-centered, and adheres to the highest clinical standards. Clinical Excellence: Demonstrate advanced clinical skills and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in Family Medicine and apply them in daily patient care. Utilize a patient-centered approach to care that respects the dignity and preferences of all patients. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care effectively. Build and maintain positive collegial relationships with colleagues, support staff, hospital-based providers, administrators, and patients. Qualifications: Licensing and Certification: Must be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Arizona. Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Possess current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Hold a valid DEA license for prescribing controlled substances. Experience: Demonstrated history of providing high-quality care in a Family Medicine setting. Experience working with geriatric patients is highly preferred. A proven track record of maintaining positive professional relationships with colleagues and patients. Work Environment: Practice Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine practice focusing on adult and geriatric care. No pediatric patients are seen in this practice. Supportive administrative and clinical staff to assist in providing excellent patient care.
