Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for an on-site contract in Austin, TX.Work to be accomplished• Use multiple tools and data sources in the financial analysis and forecasting of the IT Project Portfolio.• Review project demands and resource allocation plans for managed service providers as well as internal staff.• Prepare funds transfers and monitor federal funding reimbursements for eligible IT purchases.• Review IT purchase requests and monitor the daily activity related to operating and capital expenses.• Participate in the monthly reconciliation of client’s IT budget, encumbrances, and expenses.Minimum Yrs of Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:5+ Financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc.5+ Analyzing Financial Management Systems / Processes5+ Budgeting methods and procedures5+ Communicating and maintaining effective working relationships with others5+ Preparing and maintaining confidential and sensitive records, files, and reportsPreferred Skills and Qualifications:+5 years Microsoft Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)Experience with PowerBI, Python, Tableau, Power Platform or other data analytics and data visualization tools.Experience with AI and Automation tools including Microsoft CoPilot, Google Gemini, Power Platform or similar solutions.Experience with IT resource and staff planning, including estimating workforce needs, aligning resources to projects and core IT functions.What We Offer:Sistema offers competitive pay and solid benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
