Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Clinician based in Raleigh, NC with some work from home acceptable. The Clinician will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, providing treatment plans, managing patient records, delivering direct patient care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Additional responsibilities include patient education, follow-up care, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Qualifications Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plansExperience in managing patient records and delivering direct patient careStrong collaboration skills with healthcare professionalsExcellent patient education and follow-up care abilitiesThorough understanding and adherence to healthcare regulations and standardsLicensed clinical credentials (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, etc.)(Provisionally licensed candidates are welcome to apply)Aim to maintain 15-20 client sessions per week.Bachelor's or Master's degree in a health-related fieldStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
