Cafeteria Manager / Head Cook

Cafeteria Program Director8 hours/day, 200 days/year (Aug - June) Under general direction of the Chief Business Official, organize, plan and direct the school cafeteria program, including menu planning and cooking, and to do related work as required.Requirements / QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED. B. A. desired. Three (3) year experience performing the duties of cook or assistant cook or assistant cook in a school district or equivalent work experience. Must have experience with menu planning and following legal nutrition requirements.
