The Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients in securing mortgage loans, analyzing financial information, assessing creditworthiness, and managing the loan origination process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with underwriting teams to ensure the successful processing of loans.QualificationsExperience in Loan Origination and working as a Loan OfficerStrong knowledge of Finance and Underwriting principlesAbility to deliver exceptional Customer Service and build client relationshipsEffective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with loan processing and financial softwareUnderstanding of mortgage regulations and compliance requirementsLicensing as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) is preferredBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plusPay -100% Commission Based Position Must Have-2+ Years of experience as a Loan Officer with proven track record of generating successful Loan Volume
