Job Title: Procurement Tech Analyst -SAP SRM Location: Middletown, PDuration: 6+ Months** **Currently Remote but can change to hybrid****Only candidates 1.5 hours or less from Middletown, PA will be considered**Job Description :Description of Duties:Work will largely be performed in SAP SRM, the Commission's Vendor Portal, internal SharePoint folders and documents as appropriate. This resource will work closely with IT procurement team members, members of the Commissions contracts and purchasing department, and also external stakeholders to the Commission.Manage staff augmentation requisition process including working with internal stakeholders to finalize requestsSubmitting staff augmentation requisitions to external vendorsEntering shopping carts in SAP SRMProcess changes to purchase orders in SAP SRMssist IT team members with shopping carts and goods receipts as neededReview monthly invoicing for all staff augmentation and process change orders and goods receipts as appropriateReview IT dashboards for accuracy and maintain data as neededDevelop and maintain a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clientsWork independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assigneddhere to and follow all PTC standards, policies, and proceduresUtilize various software and/or technology tools to perform job dutiesPerform tasks and other duties as assigned by the PTCMinimum Experience2+ years of experience in SAP SRM functions - Display, Shop, ReceivingProficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPointPreferred Skills and ExpertiseStrong attention to detailnalytical ThinkingGood communication skills (verbal and written)Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment Skills: Experience in SAP SRM functions - Display, Shop, ReceivingProficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
