This role owns the sales support process end-to-end, including team leadership, operational efficiency, cross-department alignment, and continuous process improvement. This position ensures all activities contribute to company goals, customer satisfaction, and scalable growth.Duties IncludeLead, manage, and develop the Sales Support teamEstablish expectations, KPIs, and performance standardsConduct one-on-ones, performance reviews, and career development planningOversee hiring, onboarding, and trainingFoster a positive and accountable team cultureOwn and improve Sales Support processes (POs, quotes, orders, inquiries)Ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability of workflowsIdentify bottlenecks and implement solutionsOptimize systems such as Project Portal, SAP, Monday, and SalesforceEnsure incoming work is prioritized and completed on timeOversee workload distribution across the teamAct as escalation point for complex issuesEnsure high quality customer serviceCross-Department CollaborationOwn and maintain training materialsEnsure structured onboarding programsMaintain internal knowledge systems (e.g., OneNote)RequirementsLeadership and team developmentStrategic thinking and problem solvingStrong communication and collaborationOrganization and prioritizationAccountability and initiativeExcel and Microsoft OfficeCRM systemsPreferred: Monday.com and SAPCompensation And BenefitsHourly wage is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
