Lead Electrical Engineer

Oxford Solutions is working with an engineering consulting firm seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to support complex, multi-discipline projects across a diverse client base. This is a direct hire opportunity with remote flexibility within the United States.This role is ideal for a senior-level engineer who enjoys both hands-on design work and technical leadership. The Lead Electrical Engineer will play a key role in guiding project execution, mentoring team members, and serving as a technical resource across multiple industries including industrial, power, utilities, healthcare, and commercial projects.Responsibilities:Provide technical leadership for electrical engineering design across multiple projectsLead electrical system design efforts including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and related systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including civil, structural, and mechanical disciplinesServe as a technical lead or project manager on multi-discipline engineering projectsEnsure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirementsSupport project planning including schedules, budgets, and resource coordinationAct as a key point of contact for clients on electrical design mattersAssist with proposals, scope development, and technical reviewsMentor and support junior engineers and designersQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field requiredActive Professional Engineer (PE) license required, with ability to obtain reciprocity8-10+ years of electrical engineering experience with progressive project responsibilityStrong experience with power distribution and building systems designExperience working on multi-discipline engineering projectsSolid understanding of applicable electrical codes and industry standardsProven ability to interface with clients and support project deliveryWillingness to travel up to 20% as neededElectrical Engineering Manager - PE - 26-00160
