We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join a growing team and play a key role in supporting daily accounting operations and financial reporting!Job Responsibilities:Prepare and post general ledger entriesPerform monthly bank, inventory, and balance sheet reconciliationsResearch and resolve account variances and discrepanciesReview trial balances and post accounting adjustments as neededAssist with financial projects, reporting, and presentationsSupport accounts payable and accounts receivable functionsProcess cash receipts, vendor invoices, and customer paymentsReview manufacturing jobs for variances and closing activitiesProcess annual 1099 reportingMaintain accurate financial records and support continuous process improvementJob Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field1–2 years of accounting experience preferredStrong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliationsExperience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsReady to take the next step in your accounting career?
