As a Global Cloud Elite and Platinum member of the Oracle Partner Network with over 145 awards, we're proud the industry is taking notice of our work, too.The work:Help clients understand leading business processes so they can transform their business with OracleSpot strategies, risks, and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needsLead, coach and advise a small project team in addition to managing their performance (depending upon the structure of a project)Give clients options for designs using prototypesSet up, document, and test the Oracle system; understand and apply Oracle methodologiesWork with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to goGain the trust of your client, teammates, and managers to make sure projects get deliveredKeep growing your skills to help your team with business development and sales effortsStay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best solutions for their needsBasic Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) / Integration Cloud Service (ICS) experienceMinimum of 1 full lifecycle of Oracle SaaS Cloud implementation as a Technical/Integration leadMust be aware of Integration design patterns to build hybrid cloud integrationsMust have experience integrating with Oracle SaaS applications i.e. ERP, HCM and CX applicationsBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.Preferred Skills:Oracle Cloud Certification in Oracle Integration Cloud and/or OCIAdditional OCI, DBaaS, and other PaaS experienceExperience working on Integration Strategies for cloud integration and on-prem integrationKnowledge of Oracle ERP/HCM/CX Cloud processes and data modeExperience with Oracle SaaS APIs, connection adapters, etc.Successfully manage relationship with clients and colleaguesAbility to coach and develop others on project team
