Location: New Jersey, United StatesWork Model: Hybrid (2 days per week in office)Employment Type: Full TimeAbout SiligentLogicSiligentLogic develops advanced solutions for financial automation and governance and is known for its innovative LedgerGuard™ platform.LedgerGuard is an AI driven platform designed to strengthen accounts payable operations by eliminating fraud, enforcing financial controls, and ensuring compliance within complex enterprise ERP systems.By combining deep finance expertise with modern enterprise software engineering, SiligentLogic helps organizations reduce operational risk, improve financial governance, and scale automation across global finance operations.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead product release programs and enterprise client implementation rollouts for the LedgerGuard platform.This role will manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex software initiatives across engineering, product management, QA, and customer teams.You will drive software release cycles, enterprise deployments, and cross functional coordination to ensure predictable delivery and successful client outcomes.This position follows a hybrid work model requiring two days per week in our New Jersey office.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Release Management• Lead planning and execution of software release cycles • Manage release scope, schedules, and cross team dependencies • Coordinate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams • Conduct release readiness reviews and risk mitigation planning • Ensure successful production deployments and post release monitoringClient Implementation Rollouts• Lead enterprise client onboarding and platform implementation programs • Develop implementation roadmaps and rollout timelines • Coordinate with solution architects, engineering teams, and customer stakeholders • Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously • Ensure successful go live delivery and post implementation stabilizationProgram Governance• Establish project plans, milestones, and delivery frameworks • Track delivery progress through KPIs and stakeholder reporting • Identify and resolve delivery risks and cross team dependencies • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and enterprise clientsQualifications• 10+ years of experience in project or program management within software or SaaS environments • Proven experience delivering enterprise software releases or platform implementations • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile delivery models • Experience coordinating engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and customer success teams • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications• Experience with ERP systems or financial technology platforms • Background in fintech, enterprise SaaS, or financial systems • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or ConfluenceWhat Success Looks LikeWithin the first 6 months you will:• Establish predictable software release cycles and delivery governance • Improve enterprise client implementation timelines • Strengthen coordination across engineering, product, and customer teamsWhy Join SiligentLogic• Work on an AI driven platform solving real financial control challenges • Collaborate with experienced engineers and financial technology specialists • Deliver enterprise scale products used by finance teams across large organizations
