Bucket and Lift Operator

Quality Diversified Services is a growing, professional tree removal company seeking a skilled and safety-focused Bucket & Lift Operator to join our team. We’re looking for someone dependable, motivated, and ready to grow with a solid company. Position Responsibilities Safely operate bucket trucks and aerial lifts for tree removal and trimming Assist with rigging, cutting, and ground operations as needed Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Work efficiently as part of a team to complete jobs professionally Licensing & Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required) Active Class A CDL (preferred) Candidates without a Class A CDL must be willing to attend company-provided CDL training 2 years of experience Previous experience operating bucket trucks or aerial lifts preferred Strong commitment to safety and reliability Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Overtime available Healthcare benefits, including: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Steady, year-round work with a growing company Schedule: Full-time, 8+ hour shifts, Monday to Friday Day Shift Work Setting: Outdoors Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
