Audio Rental Account Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Audio Rental Account Specialist to manage rental accounts, support clients throughout the booking process, and drive revenue growth. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers renting professional audio equipment for live events, corporate productions, touring, broadcast, and studio applications.The ideal candidate has experience in pro audio, rental operations, or live event production and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.What You’ll Do:Respond to rental inquiries and prepare detailed quotesManage client relationships and grow accountsArrange for sourcing of sub-hired equipment Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and technical teamsTrack equipment availability and rental schedules and allocate equipment accordinglyWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email (Gmail).What We’re Looking For:3+ years in pro audio, AV rental, or live event productionStrong knowledge of professional audio equipment and a firm understanding of signal flowExcellent communication and organization skillsPrevious rental house / live event equipment rentals and show experienceFull Time Monday-Friday.
