Technical Program Manager, GTM Operations

Role OverviewWe are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) responsible for leading complex, cross-functional programs, primarily focused on Go-to-Market launches.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate efforts across engineering, product, sales, marketing, and support teams for major releases.Develop and manage program schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Translate requirements and ensure operational efficiencies, including GTM processes.Drive continuous improvement in workflows and identify dependencies and risks.Qualifications & Skills4+ years in technology product program management, from concept to end-of-life.Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Comfortable discussing technical trade-offs and explaining analyses to diverse stakeholders.Interest in AI technologies and process automation.Preferred AttributesExperience with GTM tech stacks, remote sensing, or geospatial systems.Experience working with global, remote teams and a growth mindset.This full-time, hybrid role involves working from a designated office and offers benefits such as health plans, PTO, parental leave, wellness programs, and more.
