This role is ideal for a motivated professional who takes pride in high‑quality work, strong customer relationships, and technical expertise in security systems installation and service.Primary ResponsibilitiesMaintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all supported security systemsNavigate and utilize online service and support programsCoordinate tools, materials, and resources to complete work on time and within budgetMaintain strong customer relations through daily communication and on‑site coordinationServe as a qualifier for vendor/manufacturer product certificationsPerform inspections and service tasks as requiredComplete all additional duties assigned by the Operations organizationRequired QualificationsValid Class D Massachusetts Security System Technician License (mandatory)Valid driver’s license and clean driving recordMinimum of 4 years of experience installing and/or servicing security systemsStrong understanding of security system components, wiring, and troubleshootingAbility to work independently and communicate effectively with customers and internal teamsPreferred ExperienceExperience with the following manufacturers is highly desirable:Honeywell Pro-WatchAxis CommunicationsExacqVisionWhat We’re Looking ForA technician who is:Reliable, detail‑oriented, and committed to qualityComfortable working directly with customersAble to manage time, materials, and tasks efficientlyEager to maintain and expand manufacturer certificationsAbout Loyal SourceLoyal Source provides healthcare and technology solutions designed to improve outcomes and support mission-critical operations.
