Brewery Packing Operator

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment, contributing to the overall efficiency of our order fulfillment process. This position requires a strong focus on quality and safety while adhering to company standards. Duties Accurately pack products according to specifications and quality standards. Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and ensure proper order fulfillment. Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment and have excellent communication skills. Building 12 packs and trays in preparation for placing finished goods in them. The ideal candidate would have prior work experience in the brewing or beverage industry in a Packaging job role. Or work experience in a fast-paced shipping, manufacturing or similar work setting. Additional preferred qualifications would entail previous work experience with filters, labelers, packers, sealers. A passion for, and working knowledge of, the brewing process is preferred. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to maintain an organized packing area. Assist in shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies as necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing workspace. Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Resonsilibities Previous experience in order fulfillment or as an order picker is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent materials handling skills, ensuring safe lifting techniques are utilized. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
