As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children. You will play a vital role in their educational and social development. Duties: Plan and implement age -appropriate lesson plans and activities -Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment -Foster a love for learning through engaging and interactive teaching methods -Provide individualized attention and support to students -Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians -Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience -Manage classroom behavior and promote positive behavior management techniques -Utilize technology and other resources to enhance learning opportunities Skills: - Classroom management: Ability to create an organized and structured learning environment - Experience working with children: Understanding of child development principles and ability to engage with children of different ages - Preschool/daycare experience: Familiarity with early childhood education curriculum and best practices - Caregiving: Ability to provide nurturing care and support to students' physical, emotional, and social needs - Toddler care: Knowledge of age-appropriate activities and strategies for working with toddlers - Childhood development: Understanding of the stages of child development and ability to tailor teaching methods accordingly - Special education: Knowledge of special education strategies and accommodations for students with diverse needs - Behavior management: Ability to effectively manage student behavior using positive reinforcement techniques If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
