This includes scheduling appointments, managing logistics, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining effective communication with customers and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesScheduling & Coordination Schedule field service (FS) jobs in Salesforce (SFL) with customers. Assign jobs and coordinate technician schedules, equipment, and materials. Monitor and track field operations progress and update stakeholders.Documentation & Reporting Manage work orders, purchase orders, drawings, and job site documentation. Prepare technical reports and maintain detailed logs of all projects. Review work orders for accurate data capture and QA/QC compliance.Customer & Team Communication Act as the primary point of contact between customers, channel partners and the field service team. Maintain constant communication regarding schedules, responsibilities, and updates. Handle customer technical support cases through phone and email submission.Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure adherence to safety regulations (e.g., OSHA). Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure compliance with Sulzer standards and protocols.QualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or GED required.Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Engineering, or related field preferred.Experience2–5 years of experience in field service coordination or project management and experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of rotating and electrical equipment, ideally in water/wastewater environmental industries.Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with Salesforce (SFL) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project). Knowledge of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) is a plus. High attention to detail, accuracy, and work ethic. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills. Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset.Other Requirements Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and reference check.
