You’ll be dispatched through ServiceTitan, communicate directly with homeowners, offer solutions, sell and install our products, and collect payment — all while upholding our company’s high professional and technical standards. What You’ll Do: Follow established SOPs to complete plumbing service calls Use ServiceTitan to manage jobs, track progress, and update customers Communicate professionally with homeowners and educate them on our products and services Sell, install, and finalize jobs while ensuring top customer satisfaction Take full ownership of your work from dispatch to payment collection What We’re Looking For: Licensed plumber (required) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required) Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience Comfortable using technology and mobile apps like ServiceTitan Excellent communication and customer service skills Sales-minded and customer-focused approach Dependable, accountable, and eager to grow within the company What We Offer: Competitive pay plus commission opportunities Company vehicle and tools provided (if applicable) Ongoing training and support Potential for advancement as we grow A team culture built on trust, integrity, and excellence Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Company truck Paid time off Application Question(s): If dispatched to a Plumbing Service call Are you confident in taking control from start to finish?
