Job SummaryGalapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a highly motivated and qualified professional to join our team as a Business Analyst. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of talented professionals dedicated to mission success and operational excellence.The selected candidate will provide contractor support to the Space Systems Command (SSC), System Delta (SYD) 81 Operational Test and Training Infrastructure (OTTI) Program Office. Serving as a Business Analyst and Staff Coordinator, the individual will provide direct tactical and administrative support to the SYD 81 Infrastructure System Program Manager (SPM), assisting with daily operations, organizational coordination, and team management activities to ensure effective program execution and mission support.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Business Analyst willManage the System Program Manager’s (SPM) daily schedule, meeting cadence, and coordination efforts with internal team members, supporting analysts, and System Program Director (SPD) counterparts Track, manage, and monitor all program-level taskers, deliverables, and suspense actions to ensure timely and accurate submission to the SPD Front Office Coordinate logistics for meetings, program reviews, and classified sessions, including conference room scheduling, visitor coordination, and access management Lead and support travel coordination activities, including preparation and submission of Visitor Access Requests (VARs) for SPM-directed events and SPD-hosted engagements Ensure compliance with SPD administrative policies, reporting requirements, and operational standards while adapting processes to meet program-specific needs Facilitate coordination between SPM program teams, technical execution teams, the SPD Front Office, and the Integration Cell through effective task management, document exchange, and readiness reporting Manage branch synchronization, enterprise coordination, and task discipline across the SPM office using Enterprise Task Management Software Solutions (ETMS2) Provide weekly status updates to the SPM on past-due and upcoming taskers, highlighting risks, priorities, and recommended actions Serve as the primary liaison and coordination point between the SPM office and SPD Staff CoordinatorsSkills And ExperienceThe Business Analyst must haveActive Top Secret security clearance 10+ years of Department of Defense (DoD) experience in program, operational, or administrative support environments Experience utilizing Enterprise Task Management Software Solutions (ETMS2) Strong knowledge of program management principles and demonstrated experience applying them in operational environments; experience within a Space Program Office or MAJCOM/FLDCOM environment is highly desired Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Self-motivated professional capable of working independently with minimal supervision Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly present concepts, plans, and recommendations to technical teams and senior leadership Demonstrated ability to simplify and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and engage confidently with senior-level stakeholders and leadershipEducation and CertificationsThe Business Analyst must meet the followingRequiredBachelor’s degree and/or relevant job experience in being a staff officerBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, disability, and life insuranceFlexible Spending Accounts401(k)PTOPaid Parental LeaveTuition reimbursementPaid federal holidaysSecurity ClearanceMust be a U.S. Citizen.
