Warehouse Specialist (On-Site)
Job Summary:We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our small, collaborative team. This is a hands-on position where your work directly impacts our operations and success. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment, working with multiple teams including inventory, purchasing, and hardware integration. Our warehouse is clean, climate-controlled, and organized, providing a safe and efficient space to get work done.As a key member of our team, you’ll ensure inventory accuracy, proper order fulfillment, and smooth warehouse operations. Your attention to detail, ability to problem-solve, and proactive attitude will help keep our team running efficiently.Duties and Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments. Prepare and ship orders using UPS WorldShip, ODFL, and other freight carriers. Pack distribution orders, assemble small kits, and create skid tags. Perform quality assurance inspections on consumable media and send QA reports. Count monthly inventory and maintain accurate stock records. Conduct general warehouse tasks, including sweeping floors, removing boxes, and keeping the space organized. Operate inventory management systems and maintain detailed records. Collaborate with inventory, purchasing, and other company teams to support operations. Assist with hardware integration and related processes as needed. Load and unload trucks and handle internal inventory transfers. Maintain a safe, efficient, and organized warehouse environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: Experience with basic hardware integration or technology setups. Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management. Forklift certification required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook; Salesforce experience is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with others. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and working in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new processes or software. Work Environment:Climate-controlled warehouse (heated and air-conditioned year-round)Clean, organized workspace with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiencyLight to moderate physical activity (lifting, packing, organizing materials)Team-oriented environment with frequent collaboration across departmentsFast-paced at times, especially during incoming shipments and order fulfillmentPhysical Demands:Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move heavy items (up to 85 lbs.) throughout the workday. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and operating warehouse equipment.
