You'll be in the field leading job sites, coordinating with clients, and mentoring your crew. You'll oversee everything from job setup to cleanup, ensuring safety protocols are followed and customer expectations are exceeded.Your mission:Manage job flow using the PuroClean systemSupervise and perform restoration workCommunicate with clients (insurance, commercial, residential)Document job progress accurately and on timeLead with empathy and professionalism—our clients are going through tough timesResponsibilities:Own the client experience from start to finishPerform and lead mitigation and restoration processesTrain and support team techniciansHelp manage subcontractors and project resourcesMaintain equipment, vehicles, and facility appearanceEnsure clear communication across the teamStay sharp, stay clean, and leave every site better than you found itWhat We're Looking For:2+ years of restoration or construction experienceIICRC certification a plusNatural leadership and coaching mindsetDetail-oriented with solid documentation and recordkeepingStrong communicator and team playerCan lift 50+ lbs and handle physical work dailyCommitted to safety—for your team and our clientsRequirements:Valid U.S. Driver's LicenseClean background checkDrug-free workplacePerks & Benefits:PTO (after time requirement)Company-sponsored retirement plan eligibilityFlexible hours when life needs itThink you're a fit?
