The primary focus of this role is stakeholder engagement for cloud services, managing finance and day-to-day operations, in interactions with global digital delivery services (GDDS), and overseeing regional operations in coordination with managed service providers (MSPs).Job responsibilities:Manage business relationships: Conduct operation service reviews, manage business escalations, and define business priorities and expectations.Manage day-to-day delivery & operations: Ensure operations align with global standards, including daily incident and delivery management. Directly manage the relationship with the managed service provider (Accenture) and level 3 GDDS experts.Team leadership: Oversee the AME regional team, which includes service delivery managers, solution delivery architects, product architects (e.g., Citrix), and demand managers.Project deployment: Lead the deployment of local or global IT projects specifically for the Americas region.Strategic alignment: Support the implementation of service and technical roadmaps based on business priorities, and advocate for automation processes.Demand management: Handle DMND (demand) management specifically for the AME region.Are you a match?Required qualifications:Bachelor's degree: Required in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field.Advanced degree: An MBA or master's in information systems is highly preferred, given the strategic and financial management requirements of the role.Cloud infrastructure: Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years specifically focused on managing cloud services (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS).Specialized knowledge: Proven understanding of regional technical architectures, such as public cloud, Citrix or virtualized environments.Managed services (MSP) oversight: Demonstrated experience managing large-scale global vendors (e.g., Accenture) and level 3 support teams.Project governance: Extensive experience leading global IT project deployments within a complex corporate environment.Preferred qualifications:Prior industrial gas experience.Your differences enhance our performanceAt Airgas, we are committed to building a workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.We welcome and consider applications from all qualified applicants, regardless of their race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability or any other protected characteristic.
