Tax Accountant / Associate Experience: 0–2 years in public accountingPrepare simple to moderately complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returnsTasks: Conduct basic tax research, organize client workpapers, and support senior staff.2. Senior Tax AccountantExperience: 3–5 years in public accounting.Focus: Review associate work and prepare complex multi-state returns.Tasks: Identify tax planning opportunities and serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients.3.
