Job Overview
1. Responsible for HVAC system construction.
2. Responsible for the equipment installation and system debugging of HVAC systems.
3. Solve problems on site through coordinating relevant resources.
4. Establish standards for HVAC systems. Continuously optimize and upgrade these standards.
5. Evaluate and implement energy-saving measures and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3-5 years of experience in HVAC design and maintenance.
Familiar with HVAC and the pluming system.
Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Ability to work collaboratively with other engineering disciplines.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM
Professional proficiency in English sufficient to perform technical documentation, safety communication, and collaboration.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
