We provide full preconstruction and construction services with a focus on transparency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.Position SummaryThe Lead Estimator will oversee all estimating and preconstruction efforts, playing a critical role in project planning, cost strategy, client management, and risk evaluation. This individual will lead budgeting efforts from conceptual pricing through final bid submission while supporting business development and operational leadership.This role is ideal for a strategic and driven construction professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants meaningful impact on project success.Key ResponsibilitiesLead conceptual, negotiated, and final estimates for negotiated and competitive bid projectsDevelop detailed quantity takeoffs, cost models, and pricing strategiesManage subcontractor solicitation, bid leveling, and scope alignmentAnalyze drawings and specifications to identify risks, gaps, and value engineering opportunitiesEstablish and maintain historical cost data and benchmarking toolsPresent project budgets and cost analyses to leadership and clientsSupport preconstruction meetings and transition projects to operations teamsAssist with bid packaging, procurement planning, and buyout strategyProvide mentorship and guidance to junior estimators as neededQualifications5–12+ years of construction estimating experienceStrong knowledge of healthcare, institutional, food service, or commercial construction preferredProficiency with estimating software and takeoff toolsAdvanced Excel skills and strong financial acumenAbility to interpret plans, specifications, and construction sequencingStrong communication skills and ability to interface with clients and trade partnersExperience leading estimates independently from concept to submissionWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary ranging from $140k to $160kPerformance based bonus opportunities401k with company match3+ weeks of PTO (increasing with tenure)100% employer paid health / dental / vision
