Keep track of all assets and keep a running tally of down equipment, job ready equipment and equipment on location. Employee will need knowledge in obtaining permits for equipment moving through JJ Keller. Monitor oil samplesResponsibilitiesTrack iron annual recerts. Set up recertification of Iron packages. Ensure it’s complete in timely manner. Audit fleets for Iron cert compliance.Track equipment Hours and PM’S. Set up PM. Ensure Pm’s are complete.Track PM profiles and oil samples.Monitor oil samples and flag equipment that needs attention.Acquire NM permits for the fleet moves through JJ Keller.Ensure all equipment has necessary paperwork for legal travel.Track all department assets and keep a running tally on down equipment, job ready equipment, and equipment on pad.Work with Maintenance department to ensure equipment is taken to them and repaired in a timely manner.Ensure facility is stocked with water, oils, and pump parts.Work with Ops manager and District manager to ensure smooth operation.Duties are subject to change or be added to as the nature of the business changesJob QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent2 Years Experience working w/ permits, tracking Iron, tracking equipment and oilfield permits,Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeMust pass Background check and Drug and Alcohol screeningAbility to think quickly and apply critical thinking skills to all situations. Strong work ethic and ability to work in a positive team environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced atmosphereAble to work in all-weather conditions.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here represent those required for an employee to successfully perform the role’s essential functions.
