Application Deadline: 05/29/2026Salary: $60,000-$68,000 Commensurate with experience, practitioner$75,000-$80,000 Commensurate with experience, professionalThis is a full time or part time position, Monday-Friday schedule Duties The Wilder Foundation Outpatient Team is recruiting a Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or Master's Level LP) or practitioner working towards licensure (clinical supervision provided). This individual will provide individual, group, and/or family therapy as well as assessments and be part of a multidisciplinary team that is implementing a new and innovative way of delivering mental health services. As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), we are committed to providing timely access to high-quality, coordinated mental health services. Families served are from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Bilingual in Hmong and English is required. The ideal candidate must have a passion for working with children/youth and their families as well as adults. We are a Rule 29 Clinic and candidates must maintain clinical, billing and other required documentation per agency guidelines. Full-time or part-time hours available, Monday-Friday.Job QualificationsLicensed Mental Health Professional/Practitioner required - Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Counseling. Social Work practitioners must have LGSW. Preferred 2 years of related mental health assessment/therapy experience with children diagnosed as ED/SED, adults with SPMI and their families. Training and demonstrated experience in trauma informed treatments required. Knowledge of suicide risk assessment best practices also required.
