Healthcare Operational Consulting Manager - Remote Eligible
Location: All locations in the United StatesWork Arrangement: Remote, Hybrid, or In-officeTypical Day in the LifeProvides consulting services related to healthcare financial, operational and industry issues including project management and deliveryPerforms the majority of consulting work offsite from clientResearches new and existing regulations and laws and applies that knowledge to client issues and solutionsParticipates in client engagement meetings to determine timelines, objectives and expectations, issues, and findings and recommendations across a variety of client situationsReviews client data, analysis, and reports prior to Partner involvement to ensure quality and consistencyConducts analyses to identify opportunities to improve client processes and operational performanceRepresents the Firm at healthcare association meetings and conferences as a presenter and marketer as neededAuthors articles and thought leadership content related to healthcare issues impacting providersProvides internal educational sessions to staff to increase awareness of healthcare issues and awareness of service offeringsMarkets services personally and cross-sold services offered by other practice areas within the FirmEvaluates the costs, benefits and risks of alternative solutions to address client problems or needsProvides constructive feedback to support the growth and development of the Health Care Consulting practiceLeverages personal and professional experiences to support business development and expansion of practice offeringsParticipates in community organizations and industry related functions to support Firm visibility and engagementWho You AreYou are passionate about helping others and keeping up to date with ever-changing health care regulationsYou have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Health Care Administration or related fieldYou have 3-7 years of healthcare industry – financial or operational experience with increasing levels of responsibility and leadershipYou have advanced knowledge of terminology, policies and practices, financial programs and processes of health care systemsYou have well-rounded knowledge of laws and regulations related to the healthcare industryYou have skills in networking and developing businessYou have the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writingYou have the ability to effectively interact with all levels of Firm management and staff, clients and other external business contactsYou have the ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projectsYou have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients. You are proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and using various software packagesMust be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.Compensation: $100,000-$145,000Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges.
