Print Room Operator PCI Group is the leading provider of mission critical communications for businesses where security of customer-centric data is paramount, precision and accuracy are crucial, and compliance is a must.Job Summary: Ensure that all processed jobs are printed in a manner that meets the Quality Control standards while also meeting volume/efficiency expectations.Some General Duties/Responsibilities: Print all letter jobs as they are spooled to the OCE, Ricoh and/or Xerox printers. This includes re-prints, samples, and test jobs for programming.Quality inspects print jobs as they are printed and assist with the QC procedures for all jobs coming off the print machines.Assist mechanic with loading proper stock for print jobs and set-up/adjustment of folder/cutters as needed.Record/enter data according to company SOP at the beginning and end of print jobs (spool files).Obtaining stock from WIP area to ensure timely print of jobs received from Computer Room.Change form rolls as appropriate at the start of new jobs.All other tasks as assigned by supervisor, manager, or Senior Management.Will comply with all current and future security and compliance requirements.Education/Experience:High School Diploma or G.E.D.Minimum 2 years' experience in similar mail facility with working knowledge of both Xerox and OCE printers. Must possess the ability to read and write English.Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
