Program ManagerLocation: Saint Joseph, MOCategory: Project ManagementSalary: Apply for detailsCountry: United StatesEmployment: ContractWorksite: On-SiteApply For This PositionDutiesJob DescriptionLead end?to?end project delivery for the design, construction, and commissioning of a large?scale animal vaccine manufacturing facilityManage capital project budget, schedule, and resources to ensure on?time and on?budget executionCoordinate cross?functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, validation, and regulatory affairsServe as primary interface with architects, EPC firms, contractors, and equipment suppliersEstablish and maintain project governance, reporting, and risk management frameworksProven understanding of the capital project lifecycle and FEL process.Proven ability to influence decision making with executive level stakeholders.Proven exceptional social and diplomacy skillsProven ability to lead and manage a team across a multi-departmental project with direct and indirect management of functional resourcesExcellent communication and organization skills, with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.Documented success with leading capital projects in excess of (USD)100MM.Proven ability to operate under high-pressure in a timeline constrained environment.??SkillsExperience managing large capital projects, including new buildings or building expansions, preferably within pharma or bio industry.EducationBachelor’s degree in an engineering/construction field (Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical preferred) or equivalent experience.Pay Rate Range: $90-120/hr depending on experienceEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
