Roll-off Truck DriverThe roll-off truck driver position is responsible for roll-off collection services to ensure that various materials are transported and disposed of in an appropriate manner.
Essential functions include:
Operating heavy duty commercial trucks, tractor-trailers, and roll-offs
Performing required pre-trip & post trip inspections and providing required reports
Providing outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations
Maintaining all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programs
Maintaining and protecting all property
Informing on-duty mechanic of any maintenance issues with equipment and/or vehicles
Maintaining various records and/or logs as needed per DOT regulations
Fueling truck at the end of each workday
Performing other related duties as assigned
Required qualifications include:
Having a valid Minnesota CDL Class A or B driver's license
Ability to pass a DOT physical and maintain a valid health card and license
Ability to lift up 40 pounds
Driver must be 21 years old per DOT
Education and/or experience include:
High school diploma or GED
Must have a clean driving record

Work conditions include:
Outdoor environment; exposure to extreme weather conditions; work with and around heavy machinery; exposure to dust and fumes from motorized equipment; exposure to noise, odors and gases; exposure to heavy traffic conditions, possible exposure to toxic chemicals.
Physical demands include:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
