Trust Assistant
This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Trust department with an emphasis on managing the document imaging process. Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:Scan documents and files into electronic imaging systemSet up new accounts in document imaging systemTrack and organize original documentsDistribute mailOther duties, as assignedAnnual Salary Range: $50,00.00 - $60,000.00. This position is non-exempt. Compensation is aligned to experience, skills and education. Hours of paid leave may vary based on position.This position is anticipated to be filled by 08/01/26 and will be reposted if the position has not been filled.RequirementsPrior administrative experience in a corporate office environmentElectronic document management system experience strongly preferredExceptional organizational and communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritize critical activities and assignmentsWorking knowledge of computers and Excel spreadsheetsMust be able to work independently with minimal supervision
