The Oncologist provides high quality, comprehensive, accessible and cost effective general oncology patient care. Position Overview Hematology-Oncology; Oncology board required, Hematology board NOT required. APP support in clinic; APP sees benign hematology patients. Walk into existing patient panel with little to no competition in the area and a large referral base! Monday-Friday schedule, NO WEEKENDS. 4 administrative hours per week. 1:6 weekday call (phone-only). No weekend call! Work at a volume that is comfortable for you. Visa sponsorship available. Offer Includes Competitive salary guarantee for up to 3 years and a lucrative production model after guarantee period. Additional quality-based bonus. Up to $200,000 in recruiting incentives including sign-on bonus, student loan assistance, residency bonus, and relocation assistance. 1 week CME, $4,000. 33 days PTO plus 11 paid holidays per year. Paid malpractice insurance/tail coverage. Eligible for student loan forgiveness through federal and state forgiveness programs. Successful completion of an accredited fellowship program in the U.S. or Canada. Open to new graduates. License/Certification Kentucky License/Eligible. DEA. Board certified in Oncology; Hematology board NOT required. Essential Duties Understand, support, and implement the mission of the facility to deliver health care to those in need in the performance of all job responsibilities. Ensure that patient care meets or exceeds the facility quality standards. Ensure that patient satisfaction meets or exceeds standards set by the facility. Educate patients on both clinical and managed care. Participate in clinic and network task forces as requested and appropriate. Function as an effective clinic team member. Meet productivity standards. Effectively use clinic financial and other performance information.
