This is a stable company at the forefront of the energy sector, focused on developing complex, large-scale projects that ensure long-term sustainability and growth. Joining this team offers the opportunity to work in a highly regulated, high-stakes environment supporting the successful execution of critical infrastructure from initial design through final delivery. Job Duties: Create, update, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, and resource plans.Consolidate multiple project schedules into integrated master schedules and coordinate dependencies between projects.Conduct critical path analysis, float analysis, and risk assessments to identify schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.Collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain teams to accurately reflect design milestones, procurement activities, and manufacturing timelines.Proactively identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies to maintain project performance.Provide expert guidance on scheduling best practices and facilitate regular schedule reviews with project leadership.Collaborate with cost engineers and project managers to align schedule and cost data for earned value analysis (EVA).Ensure compliance with PMO governance, scheduling standards, and technical coding structures.Adhere to the company safety culture, modeling safe behavior and influencing peers to meet high standards.Commit to the implementation of quality assurance regulations, including 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and NQA-1.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum of 10 years of full-time working experience in project scheduling for large-scale energy or infrastructure projects.At least 5 years of hands-hand experience specifically using Primavera P6 in a complex project environment.Direct experience in nuclear power plant outages or nuclear projects is required, including familiarity with unique regulatory and technical challenges.Demonstrated competency in critical path analysis, risk assessments, and earned value management.Strong technical writing skills and the ability to deliver clear, actionable reporting to stakeholders.Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and develop strong interpersonal networks within the organization.Eligible to work under Department of Energy regulation 10 CFR, Part 810.Flexibility to travel to Houston at a 25% frequency if working remotely.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
