Visit www.otathletics.com for more information. Role Description As an Instructor with Overtime Athletics, you will lead and manage youth sports and activity programs for elementary-aged children. This full-time, on-site position in Tampa, FL, involves organizing, teaching, and ensuring safety during after-school programs, summer camps, and sports clinics. You will also engage with children, parents, and school staff, work as part of a team, and assist in maintaining a positive learning environment. Qualifications Experience in youth engagement, program facilitation, or teaching in educational or recreational settingsStrong leadership, communication, and collaboration skillsAbility to manage groups of children while ensuring safety and fostering inclusivityOrganizational and time management skills for organizing and executing programs effectivelyPassion for working with children and promoting physical activity and teamworkPrevious experience in sports coaching or recreation is a plusCPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to secure certification upon hireHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in education, recreation, or a related field is a plus
